Today, Microsoft has put Windows 8.1 Build 9477 selectively distributed to partners for testing, allowing them to install the system that is designed for Windows 8.1 update on new hardware. Thus seen, Windows 8.1 has entered the RTM Escrow stage of development, it also means that the operating system most of the features has been completed, the next major development work is featured on the known problems.
